Clark James are pleased to be representing an Independently owned Investment Management and Financial Planning Company, who are seeking a Client Services Administrator.
Our client currently manages and advise assets of £930m, via discretionary portfolios and funds, either directly or through intermediaries. The company’s object is to preserve and grow wealth for their clients, through risk based, multi-asset class investing. The company are a successful, privately owned LLP, with 3 offices in the UK, a Channel Islands regulated subsidiary and one on-shore and two off shore fund entities.
Working as Client Services Administrator, you will be working with the on-boarding team, reporting to the Head of on-boarding Administration, responsible for providing full administration support. The key areas of responsibility are as follows:
- On boarding and administration
- Producing packs
- Policy summaries
- Booking meetings/contacting client
Working as part of a highly established and successful practice, there is an additional view to move into the Technical team in the future.
The successful candidate will be a delivery orientated and well-organised individual, with experience within the finance Sector, including:
- A general interest in the investment industry
- Experience in an IFA/Wealth Managers office.
- Experience in preparing or working with MIFID II
- Attention to detail and a real focus on accuracy
- Desire to work hard and succeed in a busy environment
- Strong team player
