My client is an independent organisation with a care home for the elderly located in Liverpool L19
This is a traditional residential home in a pleasant location with an excellent reputation locally, caring for 24 service users.
The Company is looking for candidates who have at least 2 years management experience in a similar environment as the registered manager or as an experienced deputy manager.
You will need to demonstrate that you have a successful track record in elderly care and in managing the day to day operational demands of a residential care home. You will have a thorough understanding of the regulatory standards which apply to caring for the elderly and a determination to achieve excellence in all aspects of the Home and the care and wellbeing of service users.
The successful candidate will have well developed interpersonal skills enabling them to interact effectively at all levels. In addition, you will be organised and commercially aware.
You will possess the qualifications and experience necessary to be registered with the CQC
This is a full time position with a salary of circa £29,000 pa plus a bonus package.
