Clark James Insurance Recruitment are working with a leading Insurance business in the North Kent area who are offering this really important role closely supporting the management team.
The company are ideally looking for someone with experience of an FCA regulated industry such as Insurance or financial services.
The role will involve reviewing calls between advisors and customers as well as files and other forms of contact and assess your findings in lines with company standards and financial regulations.
You will play an active role with the management in identifying areas where expectations are being met and exceeded as well as other areas that can be improved.
Having completed an internal audit you will analyse and then present your findings and provide feedback as well as monthly summaries for the management.
We would expect applicants for this role have some recent experience in Insurance or an FCA registered industry so you have an understanding of treating customers fairly (TCF). You will also have good experience of using Microsoft Excel including Pivot tables and be able to present using Powerpoint.
Critical for this will be the ability to work with a team of people managing and responding to feedback positively and always encouraging and supporting colleagues to do their best.
