Commercial Development / Account Executive - Birmingham -£35,000 - £55,000 per annum
My client, a respected and progressive commercial insurance brokerage is seeking a driven Commercial Insurance Account Executive to join their expanding South Birmingham office.
A cross class mid-market client bank of approx £80,000+ commission income will be provided, you will be expected to prospect for new business by networking and building introducer relationships. Some leads will be provided also by the in-house lead generation unit. Once you have won clients, you will be responsible for renewal retention. You will work closely with, and be ably supported by an experienced account handling team. In addition, the insurer agreements in place mean that very favourable commission deals are available to aid you in building your portfolio.
A proactive experienced commercial broker who has gained some experience in front of clients or a junior / established Development / Account Executive will be considered. However, a solid technical commercial insurance background is a prerequisite as is the drive and determination to build your own book of commercial business.
