COMPLAINTS HANDLER – FOS EXPERIENCE - KENT22000-26000

We are looking for someone who has dealt with complaints in an FCA regulated environment such as Insurance and ideally in claims. It is critical you have a working knowledge of of the Financial Ombudsman rules and processes.
You will provide a high level of customer service to policy holders, ensuring that any escalated complaints are thoroughly understood, reviewed and investigated (across departments where necessary), and that any customer issues are resolved effectively and efficiently in a timely manner, with a high degree of compassion.
Role and Responsibilities
Taking ownership of a portfolio of complaint claims, from the escalation of the complaint to satisfactory resolution.
Answering phones, taking and distributing messages
Providing customers with information as requested.
