Financial Services Administrator - SW London - up to £31,000
Clark James Financial Services Recruitment are working with a prestigious IFA based in Wimbledon who require an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join their team to provide a range of administrative support to the Private Client Advisers and clients, and liaising with product providers.
Key responsibilities will include
Working closely with the Financial Planners.
Maintain client records on the CRM and SharePoint folders
Gather all necessary information and undertake financial analysis to enable financial reports to be produced.
Prepare information/comparisons for analysis
Obtain application forms and other associated paperwork, pre-populating accurately
Ongoing servicing of clients as and when required
Process and monitoring complex business, both new and existing from start to finish
Process letters of authority
Navigate provider websites to produce illustrations and process new business
Receive and implement ad-hoc requests from both clients and Financial Planners
Adhere to compliance and the firm’s standards
Process withdrawals, switches etc
Preparing suitability reports, engagement letters, ad-hoc letters etc
Relevant experience of working in an IFA environment
Strong knowledge of Pensions, Investment and Protection products
Professional qualifications (e.g. Certpfs / FPC / CEFA and the desire to progress towards the Level 4 diploma)
Effective use of IT including Excel, Word, Outlook, and relevant internal systems and databases including investment platforms
Strong administration skills, with high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all areas of work
Client focused, able to provide excellent level of client service
Good written and oral communication skills at all levels, both internally and externally
Able to organise and manage time efficiently and effectively whilst being flexible
Basic salary of £24,00 to £31,000 depending on experience and skillset
