Clark James are a leading Specialist Recruiter within Insurance. We are working with a very successful Insurance Brokerage on the outskirts of SW London who are currently seeking an experienced Insurance Claims Handler to join their friendly team.
The main purpose of this role will be to process claims from FNOL to settlement for existing clients for all types of insurance including Household, Commercial Property and Liability
If you have a detailed knowledge household/home Insurance claims this is an exciting role in which you can develop a solid and worthwhile career.
The main duties of this role will include:
Record and process claims.
Negotiate with clients to minimise losses.
Instruct loss adjustors and engineers where appropriate.
Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements at all times.
Maintain a claims’ diary and undertake regular reviews.
