IFA Administrator - Lincoln, Lincolnshire - £22,000 - £28,000 per annum
This well established growing IFA is looking for an experienced Financial Services technical support administrator to bolster their existing IFA technical team.
Due to a period of sustained growth over the past 5 years we are looking for an administrator to handle all aspects of sales support for the Financial Advisers.
Responsible for handling client enquiries regarding policy changes, processing life pensions and investment business and dealing with all aspects associated with new policy administration.
It is essential that successful applicants will have previous experience of working within a Financial Services environment and have good technical knowledge of the industry.
Opportunities also exist for individuals who are interested to move in towards paraplanning long term.
Dealing with client queries via email and telephone
Processing of new business and documentation
Inputting data on internal systems ensuring the information is accurate and up to date
General administration ensuring work flows effectively
Preparing for adviser & client appointments including obtaining quotations and illustrations
Speaking to product providers/platforms and chasing up
Producing client valuations
Sending out client pack information
