Clark James Insurance Recruitment are involved with an exciting expansion project with a brilliant Insurance broker who are just outside of Maidstone who are seeking a new team member to help with an upsurge in business enquiries. They also have ample free parking.
They are ideally looking for someone with some Insurance exposure but will also look at staff with good office based customer service or call centre experience (not just retail/hospitality for example). Or they will consider a graduate looking for a career in Insurance.
The main duties of this role will include
Dealing with incoming customer service calls (once trained)
Produce and issue quotations and new business documents
Mid-term adjustments, renewals and cancellations as required
Data entry into required systems
Opportunity to take the CII insurance exams
What we are looking for
Good Maths and English exam grades
Excellent communication skills
A professional manner
Driven and motivated attitude towards work
Strong customer focus and excellent relationship management skills
A genuine career is on offer here with great salary and rewards with nice Monday to Friday hours, the role is currently remote but at some stage this year will be office based so you need to be local.
