INSURANCE CLAIMS COMPLAINTS MANAGER
West Kent/home based
Salary up to £40000
Home/office hybrid working to be agreed. This is a brand new and exciting managerial role heading up the complaints/customer relations team of a leading Insurance claims business.
It will suit someone with a decent experience in Insurance claims processes and procedures as well as a good understanding of the compliance aspects including FCA rules and the ombudsman. You may have worked for an Insurer, Claims Management Company, Insurance broker or MGA in order to have the right understanding and knowledge to succeed in this role.
This is a managerial role with responsibility for a team of customer relations handlers dealing with complaints relating to a recent claim either Household, Motor or Commercial policies. You will demonstrate experience of team management and development and be a technical point of referral for the team which is why it is critical you come from a background of Motor claims.
