This is a great role within a busy and vibrant Motor Insurance Claims business working within the First Response Team in a brand new prestigious central Liverpool office. This role is ideal for anyone who has worked in an Insurance role either claims or customer service but the company are also willing to train staff with energy and enthusiasm who have other customer phone based/call centre experience from other industries. It’s all about your customer skills and attitude!

You will provide a first notification of loss service on behalf of clients who have been involved in a motor accident so good listening skills, a calm and confident demeanour and excellent communication are critical.

You will deal with a high volume of incoming calls capturing and validating claims after a road accident. You will be trained on then dealing with the journey of the claims including liaising with suppliers, Insurers and most importantly keep in touch with clients to give them a great service at a difficult time for them.

This is a great opportunity to also train to become a multi skilled Insurance claims handler with lots of avenues for career progression. The salary and benefits are good and the company are genuinely growing.
