We are looking for a candidate with a good knowledge and understanding of the Insurance claims process from FNOL to settlement so this is a particularly varied and customer focussed role as you will be looking after long term loyal clients covering both household/property and motor policies.
Role and responsibilities
Administer customers' claims on a day to day basis.
Uploading customer and claims related correspondence, both internal & incoming onto the office computer system.
Registering new claims.
Returning telephone calls, as instructed.
Liaising with insurers, loss adjusters and other third parties where required, to progress clients' claims.
Maintain an up to date diary.
