LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT TRAINER
South East UK
Salary up to £40k
Applicants must be South East England Based with L&D Experience. This is a fantastic non technical/industry specific role focussing on soft skills training such as communication, customer service and time management.
The role is home/field based but reporting into one of a number of offices in the South East UK but you must be willing to travel all over the UK with the occasional hotel stay, expenses covered of course!
To be considered for this role you must have a proven track record and a number of years of experience in a similar L&D role with a professional and recognised business. The company are looking for a CV or cover letter to demonstrate examples of what you can bring in terms of delivering and creating training modules and experience of a blend of F2F and E-learning.
You will be responsible for delivering training and up-skilling to personnel at all levels (from completely new industry entrants such as Apprentices and people on Graduate Schemes, through to seasoned veterans of the industry with many years experience). Much training material is available to you but you will add to and enhance this with your own ideas.
You will be a strong communicator with an engaging personality, willing to be really hands on in the role and with polished presentation skills including MS Office. Progression towards professional qualifications under the CIPD will add significant weight to your application and a training qualification at level three or above is highly desirable.
