Marketing Executive - Bromsgrove, Worcestershire - £27,000 - £30,000 per annum
This is a great opportunity for a proactive and engaged marketing executive to join a dynamic team within a rapidly evolving company in a varied role with significant potential for development.
The role entails a mixture of digital marketing projects and tasks, as well as more traditional, "offline" marketing responsibilities.
Support in the evolution of the group’s websites and in particular in regard to further development of website engagement including content surfacing.
Taking responsibility of SEO tasks
Taking part in the further development of lead nurturing activities including email communications; ownership of end-to-end actioning
Taking part in analysis and continuous improvement of customer journeys both digital and offline
Working closely with internal content manager to establish website and other content opportunities to support successful customer journeys
Own further development of client/prospect newsletter including content planning, layout and mailing with a view of making this a key marketing asset
Supporting with events management/marketing as required
Support and/or take ownership of marketing projects and workstreams in regard to "traditional" marketing such as management of client feedback, marketing collateral production, adviser B2B2C marketing support including local marketing activities (e.g. press ads, door drops, etc.) and internal communications
Support in the planning and implementation of brand/acquisition campaign activity including liaising with agencies and internal stakeholders to create campaign assets as required
Solid understanding and keen interest in both digital and "traditional" marketing
Good understanding of digital marketing principles and practice, in particular in regard to website and digital customer experience management
Ability to structure tasks and projects effectively and tenacity to complete to agreed timelines and standards
Organised and goal-oriented work approach
Enjoy working in a team and dealing with multiple stakeholders, internally and externally, on a daily basis
Good understanding of Content Management Systems and ideally Sitecore and/or Umbraco
At least basic understanding of website analytics (e.g. GoogleAnalytics and hotjar)
Good knowledge of relevant software solutions and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
Keen to develop skills and understanding on an ongoing basis to keep up with evolving marketing and corporate environment
