Clark James Recruitment are working with a highly recognised business to recruit an Assistant Mortgage Administrator to join the business.
Reporting to the Sales Manager the objective of this role will be to provide full administrative support to the Mortgage Services Department, together with outstanding customer service when engaged with customers, solicitors, and estate agents.
This position would suit anyone looking to start a career in the mortgage industry or indeed someone who is looking for a job following redundancy in possibly another industry.
Key Performance Indicators:
Successful, accurate and timely achievement of all tasks.
The delivery of consistent administrative support to the department and all staff therein.
Visible evidence of compliance with all published company policies, operational procedures, and direction together with all laws, codes of practice and acts under which you/the company are required to operate.
Tangible evidence of consistent delivery of outstanding customer service.
Development of self, evidenced by improvements in your abilities, skills and results, emanating from the development, training and coaching initiatives to which you are exposed and self-learning.
Willingness to accept direction.
Pace of execution of daily tasks.
Personal contribution to office/team harmony level.
Ready demonstration of free-flowing flexibility, open mindedness, willingness and co-operation in relation to the execution of all tasks undertaken and all reasonable management direction issued.
