We are seeking an experienced self-employed Mortgage Advisor for an award-winning specialist mortgage broker with offices in Derby and Birmingham.
Our client are a whole of market mortgage and protection business, and an AR of one of the leading Networks, and pride themselves on providing great opportunities for CeMAP Qualified Mortgage Brokers.
The Company have access to exclusive products from High Street banks and Building Societies as well as smaller and specialist lenders. They can deal with any mortgage genre from FTB through to Adverse Credit, including IVA, Discharged Bankrupts and those in Debt Management Plans and everything in between. They are specialists in these disciplines as well as helping Company Directors, Contractors and the Self-Employed.
You will be an ambitious, hardworking and talented Mortgage Advisor who is willing to build yourself as a brand, being responsible for providing Mortgage Advice to best meet the requirements per individual and their bespoke needs.
To be considered for this role, you will have the following experience, qualifications and qualities:
CeMAP qualified
Experience in a sales environment, working towards targets
Experience as a Mortgage Adviser or within Financial Services
Be able to work to deadlines
Be self-motivating
Demonstrate sound sales experience
A real desire to grow your own income, with our support & guidance.
This is a great opportunity for existing Brokers or those that want to take the leap into self-employment.
The ability to generate own business and the hunger to succeed is essential, however there will be some leads provided for the right individual, and admin support and all required tools will be provided.
