They have 2 new opportunities within their sales team with a clearly defined training and progression program… and most important excellent earning potential with a sold basic salary and a bonus scheme/commission on top.
We are looking for both someone with an existing Insurance Sales track record as well as a more junior candidate with at least a year of Insurance sales experience, Motor Insurance experience would be great.
The role will be office based and dealing with both incoming new business enquiries as well as dealing with outgoing calls from supplied warm leads. You will also be familiar with Insurance administration, creating quotations, setting up computer records, issuing documentation and you will develop a strong understanding of systems and policy wordings.
The role will very much evolve as you train and develop and you will be able to gain your CII certificate with full support for the Diploma if you have the Cert already.
You will be a good telephone communicator, motivated to succeed and achieve targets with a flair for sales in order to maximise your earning potential. You will be very much commission and money hungry!
