Clark James Insurance Recruitment are pleased to be assisting an award winning chartered Insurance broker with a great working environment.

The company have this unusual Senior Claims Handler vacancy within their Haulage/Motor/Freight and Liability team so exposure to these niche areas of Insurance would be preferable or at least a good level of experience dealing with Motor claims for large vehicles.

You will be expected to manage more complex Commercial claims from FNOL through to conclusion, whilst also providing technical support to more junior Handlers. You will also work closely with the Claims Manager on key client management, claims strategy and process improvement.

Being the Senior Claims Handler on the team, you will also act as a focal point for the team in terms of being the technical lead and help train and mentor more junior members of the claims team.
